Corporate Communication Officer (CCO)

Responsibilities:

  • Communication Plan : Develop 3M Corporate Communication Plan with the aim to increase 3M brand awareness as a company, to improve 3M position as a leading company in Indonesia. In addition, the plan calls for internal communication programs as part of increasing motivation and improving understanding among 3M-ers on what the company is doing.
  • Project Managment/Execution: With supervision, based on the communications plan, prepare creative brief to provide to internal and external resources. Utilize internal and external resources to produce communications projects. Prepare accurate estimates of costs, milestones, and resources prior to initiating projects. Produce deliverables consistent with plan objectives and strategies. Review and select appropriate contracted suppliers for project implementation. Monitor activities of the supplier to meet expectations.
  • Support to Business or Functions: Produce or review communication projects of limited scope and complexity in support of functional marketing/business plans, organizational plans and 3M’s reputation and brand strategy. Work is performed with regular supervision. Provides suggestions to modify/improve project plans to clients, as required. Assists in measurement of project results by obtaining and compiling project data. Additionally, as the company is in need for talents, work closely with HR to improve media placement strategy for better recruitment.
  • Other : Coordinates and monitors work processes. Participate on project teams. Build effective relationships with suppliers. Participate in communications community activities to learn new skills and apply them to the job.
  • The job also requires performing other duties as assigned. Percentages of time spent on job duties are estimates and may vary for each job

ACCOUNT MANAGER

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Work performed will typically include a combination of activities and/or behaviors exemplified by the following:

  • Generate new business opportunities, through one’s own initiative & with the support of sales team to develop the core propositions & generate new business leads.
  • Responsible for tender preparation for project as per customer requirement specification, designs, plan drawings, estimates & quotes.
  • Planning & costing evaluation of all Qdc products
  • Develop & monitor of a specialist & complex telecommunication-costing matrix.
  • Define sizeable / large telecommunication projects into accurate detailed work breakdown structure including network rollout of high technology system.
  • Implement risk analysis for any bid / project, used for internal review & decision making process for management level to proceed with price submission to customers.  Risk analysis including exchange rate, damages, staff change over, resource availability, roll out rate, hedge rate, etc.
  • Provide accurate & timely management information, to include:
    • Target focused action plans
    • Activity reports
    • Forecast
    • KPI’s
    • Order, revenue, & GP reports
  • Evaluating contract terms & affect on financial model (e.g terms and conditions).
  • Develop & maintain a high level of understanding of Qdc value propositions and to be able to present these in context to the client need.
  • With support of sales & bidding team, produce customer-specific proposals, & attend customer meetings & presentation, at all times aiming to persuade prospects / clients of the benefit of Qdc’s services.
  • Produce monthly status reports to each client & establishing individual requirements whereby each client receives a bespoke service
  • Actively seeking to increase the income generated in conjunction with the cross-sell & up-sell reward scheme to targets.
  • Establish & maintain strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which will include regular face-to-face meetings, telephone & e-mail communication.
  • Develop & maintain knowledge & experience of relevant technologies
  • Follow up, support & action any potential new business clients.
