Anda dapat mengikuti program ini dengan proses sebagai berikut:

2. CV anda akan kami seleksi dan kami akan umumkan bagi calon pelamar yang berhak mengikuti User Interview.
3. Para calon pelamar mengikuti Interview secara langsung satu persatu dengan user kami PT. ZTE Indonesia.
4. Interview ini menentukan rekruitasi sebagai ZTE CDMA BSS Engineer.
5. Para peserta yang telah lolos seleksi dan direkrut diwajibkan mendaftar program training CDMA BSS yang kami tawarkan.
6. Berkomitmen membayar investasi untuk mengikuti training CDMA BSS dari ZTE Aspac R&D and TC.
7. Setelah mengikuti program training selama 10 hari para peserta training menandatangani kontrak kerja dengan ZTE sebagai CDMA BSS Engineer.
8. Para peserta siap mengerjakan project CDMA BSS ZTE di seluruh Indonesia.
ZTE VACANT POSITION AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT
AT SMART-FREN PROJECT
Regarding SMARTFren project will be running on beginning of December 2010. PT. ZTE Indonesia urgently needs 50 person as a ZTE CDMA BSSB Engineer. This program is a special program which makes the fresh graduate could be work on the real project as soon as possible. They could submit their CV, get interviewed by PT. ZTE Indonesia, Join the training and recruited by PT. ZTE Indonesia directly. With this special program the fresh graduate could eliminate 2-3 years experience in the field by join the training. When they got the interview result, they could just registered to join the training. The investment of this training are really reasonable to improve their knowledge so that they could just in instance working in our project. Hope this special program could be as a WIN-WIN solution for the company and also off course for the fresh graduate to be faster get the experience and working career.
What is ENGINEER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (EDP)?
Engineer Development Program (EDP) is one of ZTE Aspac R&D and Training Center program. This program is intended for whom want to develop their Telecommunication Competence and Career. This training included theoretical part and also practical part as an integral requirement to be implemented in the Telecommunication Field as a CDMA BSS Engineer. The most important thing to support this technology is develop and provide the human resources by providing such kind of Telecommunication Training. This program designed to be win-win solution for the fresh graduate engineer and for the telecommunication company. The fresh graduate personnel could join this training as replacement of 2-3 years working experience in Telecommunication. Within almost 8 days training they could get to become ready as an engineer in the company. They could work and understand the equipment instantly. The project was really urgent, relying on this program respectfully.

CDMA exists to resolve many problem from previous technology, such as capacity deficiency, service availability and voice quality, and the most important thing is security problem. CDMA One, CDMA 2000 1x, CDMA EVDO are the evolution of the CDMA to fulfill the needs of the market, which is information technology. How CDMA answer all problem in communication technology?
