- To provide detail design of national wide IP core network, including its IP addressing, MPLS configuration and other detail parameters
- Responsible for designing O&M network and coordinating with other related departments (Transmission, Operation, IT, etc)
- To analyse IP core network traffic performance from operation department and give the necessary solution for preventing network failure
- To do traffic dimensioning of all IP based traffic carrying in MPLS backbone nodes
